Answer:
No, all our storage units are on the ground level, and all offer drive-up access.

No, this location does not offer any climate-controlled units.

You can physically access your unit seven days a week between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. We also never close our gates on holidays. For an additional fee we also offer special contractor hours.

Our office hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Saturday and Sunday 10 am- 2 pm. Also, appointments are available on request.
Question: Do you have dollies for use?
Answer:
Yes, we provide dollies for use within the facility free of charge. They are not permitted offsite. A valid ID is required to check them out for use.

Yes, you can always change units during your rental period if you need more or less space.
Question: How far in advance do I have to tell you I’m vacating?
Answer:
We ask for a 30-day notice when you decide to vacate your storage unit. Please inquire with the office for the Intent to Vacate notice, and send it or drop it off at the facility.

Our rentals are month-to-month, billed on the first day of the month. Payments are considered late after the 10th.

We accept cash, checks, money orders, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover.
Question: Why should I consider auto-pay?
Answer:
When you sign up for our auto-pay program, your payments are automatically deducted from your checking account every month. You’ll never run the risk of forgetting to make a payment. Think of it as a “no late fee guarantee.”

Yes, we offer military discounts as well as other benefits for active-duty military personnel. Ask our manager for more details.
Question: Do I get anything if I refer someone to you?

Yes, we have a referral program that rewards you sending new customers to us. You can earn up to $10 off one month’s rent for each referral who rents from us—and there’s no limit to the number of people you can refer.

While your items are in storage they are not covered by the storage location for loss or damage. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase a policy on their own. Do not assume any existing policy will automatically cover your items in storage. Check with your insurance agent regarding your homeowners or renters policy coverage.

Yes, filling your fuel tank will help prevent moisture from forming in your tank and fuel lines.
